What an exquisite privilege to work with the guidance of Wenona Matthews. I could have chosen any number of holiday destinations, yoga retreats, Indian ashrams, or adventure holidays. I chose instead to spend my first ever 2 weeks away from my loving family to uncover what lay hidden within; a journey that took me to a hundred different places, not marked on any map. I took a journey to the untouched landscape that is my heart, following a map to my soul. And what I found there was priceless.
